Adipex-P

Adipex (phentermine) has been specially designed for the needs of patients suffering from obesity. It is recommended along with a balanced diet low in calories and regular exercise. Avoid taking more of Adipex, as it is not likely to make your treatment more effective. The following symptoms may indicate an overdose: fainting, hallucinations, seizure, nausea, confusion, irregular heartbeat, rapid breathing, diarrhea, vomiting, tremors, stomach pain, light-headedness, restlessness, confusion, and aggressiveness. Mild side effects may include any of the following symptoms that are not supposed to be reported to your doctor unless they change in intensity or get bothersome: diarrhea, unpleasant taste, vomiting, dry mouth, and constipation. It’s important to tell your health care provider if you intend to take oral insulin or diabetes medications, high blood pressure meds, antidepressants, or guanadrel, as drug interactions have been reported. Never combine this drug with such MAO inhibitors as tranylcypromine, isocarboxazid, selegiline, phenelzine, or rasagiline, as reactions can be dangerous, even life-threatening. At least 2 weeks are supposed to pass after your last dose of a MAO inhibitor before you can safely take Adipex.
